Special Orders, Back Orders & Pre-Orders
Some products are only available by special order with our suppliers or maybe temporarily out of in stock. All Special Orders, Back Orders and Pre-orders require payment in full when you place your order.
Polymorph Games & Hobbies will endeavour to supply you with your ordered product within a timely fashion and we will give you an estimated delivery date/time in good faith, but we are unable to accept liability for delay in delivering the goods which is beyond our reasonable control (eg if stock is unavailable). In some cases it may take up to 13 weeks for Special Orders or Back Orders to arrive into stock due to the manner in which many goods are shipped into Australia, typically by sea.
We recommend if you are ordering a combination of items ie. in-stock and Back Order stock, that you place the Back Order items on a separate order to the in-stock items. This is to allow us to correctly ship your products to you as soon as possible without delay. If you are using a coupon code as part of the checkout process and there is a issue with the code and the discount can not be applied across the in-stock and out of stock item, contact us and we will arrange an adjustment on your order. Please do this prior to completing your transaction.
Should the product not be available within an acceptable timely fashion, you will be entitled to receive a full refund of the purchase price.
If you wish to cancel your Special Order, Back Order or Pre-Order then you must do so within 30 days of expected delivery date (where applicable) and a full refund will. Where a cancellation is requested within 30 days of expected delivery, a 20% re-stocking fee calculated from the RRP will apply and be withheld from the refund. Cancellations occurring 30 days or more will the refunded in full.
We will endeavour to resolve any problems quickly after notification. Polymorph Games & Hobbies warrants that the Goods are fit for their usual purpose and are free of defects. Retail customers are also entitled to statutory consumer guarantees, including that the goods are “acceptable quality”. You should ensure that the Goods are suitable for your specific purpose.
