Shipping within Australia
Polymorph Games & Hobbies uses either Australia Post eParcel or Australia Post Express Post as our preferred domestic courier service.
Delivery to the Hobart, ACT, Sydney and Melbourne metropolitan areas can usually be expected within 1-3 business days after dispatch.
Delivery to other metropolitan and regional areas can usually be expected within 2-6 business days after dispatch.
While we aim to dispatch all orders the same day they are ordered by you, our customer, this may not always be possible and normal shipping times are within 1-3 business days.
Where products are ordered that are out of stock, back-ordered or special ordered, they will be shipped to you by your chosen method of shipping as soon as they arrive into stock.
Should you wish for us to split your order to ship products sooner rather that waiting for all other items to complete your order, please note that additional shipping charges will apply for each instance.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from us that your order has been shipped. This email will also provide a link and tracking number to track your order.
Shipping via our website is within Australia only, however if you would like us to provide you with a shipping quote to an international destination please contact us. This is not always possible, but we will do our best to help.

No orders will be posted on Public Holidays (The couriers are closed and so we unfortunately can't ship to you).
Our Returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
- To complete your return, we require you to include your receipt or proof of purchase.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Books with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after receipt.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and once we have provided you with a Return Authority, send your item to: PO BOX 740 Kingston TAS 7051.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Some products are only available by special order with our suppliers or may not be normally carried in stock. All Special Orders require payment in full when you place your order.
Polymorph Games & Hobbies will endeavour to supply you with your ordered product within a timely fashion and we will give you an estimated delivery date/time in good faith, but we are unable to accept liability for delay in delivering the goods which is beyond our reasonable control (eg if stock is unavailable or in transit ).
Should the product not be available within an acceptable timely fashion, you will be entitled to receive a full refund of the purchase price.
Cancellation of Special Orders
If you wish to cancel your Special Order then you must do so within 30 days of expected delivery date (where applicable) and a full refund will. Where a cancellation is requested within 30 days of expected delivery, a 10% re-stocking fee calculated from the purchase price will apply and be withheld from the refund. Cancellations occurring 30 days or more prior to being supplied will be refunded in full.
We will endeavour to resolve any problems quickly after notification. Polymorph Games & Hobbies warrants that the Goods are fit for their usual purpose and are free of defects. Retail customers are also entitled to statutory consumer guarantees, including that the goods are “acceptable quality”. You should ensure that the Goods are suitable for your specific purpose.
